  • Eligibility: Only the property owner or an authorized agent may list properties on this Website. All property listings are subject to the approval of Prime Realty.
  • Accuracy of Information: Property Owners must provide accurate and complete information regarding their properties. Any false or misleading information may lead to removal of the listing from the website.
  • Listing Fee: Prime Realty may charge a fee for listing properties. The fee structure will be communicated at the time of listing.
  • Content Ownership: By listing a property, the Property Owner grants Prime Realty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content provided.
4. Property Purchase and Rent
  • No Warranty: Prime Realty does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings. Buyers are advised to conduct their own due diligence.
  • Transaction Responsibility: All transactions are conducted directly between Property Owners and Buyers. Prime Realty is not responsible for any disputes arising from transactions.
  • Payment: Payment terms and conditions between Property Owners and Buyers must be agreed upon separately. Prime Realty is not involved in payment processing.
5. User Obligations
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the website.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that may harm the website or other users, including but not limited to hacking, sending spam, or posting defamatory content.
6. Privacy
  • Data Collection: Prime Realty collects and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
